How Our Contract Works — Minimum Terms, Rolling Notice, And Billing

Minimum term

All SEO retainers start with a 3-month minimum term. This isn't about locking you in — it's about giving SEO enough time to work. The first month is foundations, the second begins implementation, and the third is when you should start to see meaningful movement.

After the minimum term

Once you've completed the 3-month minimum, your retainer moves to rolling 30-day notice. Either side can end the arrangement with 30 days' written notice.

Billing

Invoices are issued monthly in advance. We accept BACS bank transfer and card payment.

Pausing or changing your package

Speak to your account manager. Changes to scope or billing need to be agreed in writing.
