How To Read Your Monthly Report
What every BrisTechTonic report contains
Every monthly report is structured around three questions: what happened, what it means, and what comes next. We avoid data dumps — if a number is in the report, it's because it tells part of the story.
The key sections
- Performance summary: Organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversions for the period.
- Keyword rankings: Movement on your tracked keywords.
- Work completed: A plain-English list of what was actually done.
- Next month's plan: Specific actions planned, in priority order.
What to focus on
In the early months, focus on the trend direction rather than absolute numbers. The metric that matters most is organic conversions — people arriving via Google who then take a meaningful action. Rankings and traffic are leading indicators; conversions are the actual result.
