It's a relatively new metric, but it's becoming increasingly important as more people use these tools to find answers and recommendations. ### Why it matters When someone asks ChatGPT "what's the best SEO agency in Bristol?" or Google returns an AI Overview, the businesses cited in those answers receive trust and visibility that bypasses traditional rankings.
