What The Onboarding Form Is For And How To Fill It In

Why we ask for an onboarding form

The onboarding form is how we get the context we need before we start any work. Without it, we're working blind — making assumptions about your business, your customers, and your goals that might be completely wrong.

What we ask for

  • Your core services or products: The 2–4 things you most want to be found for.
  • Your target locations: Where are your customers based?
  • Your competitors: Who competes for your actual customers?
  • Your goals: More enquiries? Bookings? Phone calls?
  • Any existing SEO work: Previous audits or strategies we should know about.

Tips for filling it in well

Be specific. "More customers" isn't as useful as "more enquiries from people searching for family solicitors in Bristol." The more precise you are, the sharper our strategy will be from day one.
