# What To Expect In Your First Monthly Report

### Your first report is different to all the others

The first monthly report covers Month 1 — which is foundation-setting, not full optimisation. Don't expect dramatic ranking improvements yet. Month 1 is about laying the groundwork correctly.

### What your first report covers

- Audit findings: Key technical issues found and which ones we've already fixed.
- Keyword strategy: The search terms we're targeting and why.
- Baseline data: Your current rankings, traffic, and conversion numbers.
- Work completed: A plain-English summary of Month 1 activity.
- Month 2 plan: Specific actions for the coming month.

### What good reporting looks like at BTT

We don't send spreadsheet dumps. Every report tells you three things: what happened, what it means, and what comes next. If anything isn't clear, reply to the report and we'll explain.
